Job Description:

  • Head the complete business development team for the 3PL division of the company.
  • Responsible for Preparation of data and approach strategy for prospective clients.
  • Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategy. 
  • Manage end to end client interaction and the complete sales process.
  • Plan and execute the participation of the company in various logistics events and exhibitions
  • Resource planning and data management for the business development activities.
  • Commercial planning and proposal management for bidding to prospective clients.

Desired Profile

  • 24 -30 lakhs per annum
  • 8-10 years of work experience in a senior role in business development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess ingenuity and creative bent.
  • Should be pro with the popular digital social networks.
  • Possess people’s skills – to influence and establish working relationships with people.
  • Self-motivated and target oriented.
